Workshop: Designing Assessments for Academic Integrity

DCU are working as one of four university partners on an Erasmus+ INTEGRITY project. DCU TEU is responsible for developing a resource toolkit for academics. This includes development of a suite of resources and case studies to support faculty in designing assessments which actively encourage academic integrity. It is designed to be used either by individual academics for their self-directed learning, or by a programme chair/academic developer to lead workshops with a programme team.

At the end of this one hour workshop participants will be able to:

  • Explore the principles of academic integrity;
  • Apply them to their own practice through using some of the resources;
  • Provide feedback on the resources; and
  • Consider ways of using these resources to further enhance academic integrity.
